Directions
Dispense: Scoop a desired amount of balm with the little handy scooper.
Warm: Rub the balm between your fingertips to warm it slightly. This will help it spread more easily and be absorbed better by your skin.
Apply: BODY- For barbiee link glass skin apply all over your body. BUMP - Gently massage the balm onto your belly in a circular motion. Start from the lower abdomen and work your way upwards, covering the entire belly area. 
Massage: Take a few moments to massage the balm into your skin. Use gentle, upward strokes to promote circulation and relaxation. This is also a great time to connect with you baby.
